Actually I am not responsible from the impairment, it'south a 2d paw lens that I purchased and I did not see the scratches immediately.

I ever utilize the lens hood, merely never UV filters.

I don't trust adding a piece of glass and there are numerous stories of unsharp images dues to UV filter slowly and silently degrading.

I do not want to take any risk (and none of my ain lens has any scratch considering I do utilize the lens hood).

Non cheap, but reasonable and much, much better than Sigma.

I know what lens I am going to buy soon. Very disappointed, information technology seems that the AngryPhotographer on Youtube is telling some truth.

i`yard not a lens constructor just the front glas element on my 160-600mm sigma lens to me looks like a very large piece of some expensive glas which i tin´t compare to any other lens i ain.

only i am right on your side when you say that 520$ is very expensive.

They ask me to pay their standard back up plan, all fees included. My feeling is that the price of the part is not much in proportion and probably similar to the one of Tamron.
